The Trade In Services Agreement referred to as (TISA) covers 50 countries and 68.2% of world trade in services. The U.S. and the European Union (EU) are the main proponents of the agreement. If enacted, the agreement would severely limit the ability of the U.S. to regulate the financial sector. Wikileaks included part of the text.
